6 Rules for Planning Your Return Transfer
- Book a return: you will not need to find a car on your last day, and the pick-up time is set around your flight. A return costs twice the one-way price.
- Confirm the pick-up time: the day before you leave, confirm the time and the meeting point in the hotel lobby.
- Plan check-out: hotel check-out is usually around midday. For evening flights, ask about late check-out or luggage storage.
- Allow for summer Saturdays: on busy charter days, add 15–20 minutes to the times above.
- Travel together: one large vehicle for a group on the same flight is cheaper and simpler.
- Tell us about changes: if your flight time changes, let us know as soon as possible and we will adjust the pick-up.
Early-Morning and Late-Night Flights
